WPKSC

The area it covers presently includes Portland Harbour and all beaches in the Weymouth Bay area (Town Beach/Old Pier bandstand , Skatepark , Overcombe) and Ringstead bay. The Club

for further information. Your club membership will however only run the duration of your BKSA membership)
Membership includes invitations to social events, discounts on training/coaching sessions, access to club speed boards and GPS. Portland Harbour Permit Scheme
Riding in Portland Harbour requires valid kitesurfing insurance and a permit.
This is because the harbour is private property and is owned by the Portland Port Authority.
To ensure kitesurfing remains open we have negotiated the permit scheme with the port authority to ensure access to all who have appropriate insurance.
Permits come in the form of:
Day £2 (Available from Windtek & Paracadmy. Proof of insurance needed. Tag to be worn on wrist)
Week £6 (Available from Windtek & Paracadmy. Proof of insurance needed. Tag to be worn on wrist)
There is now half year ( from 1/7/12) or full year ( 1/1/12 - 31/12/12)
