From the M5 and Exeter follow signs for Torquay. On the approach to Torquay follow sign for town centre P, then sign for Ellacombe, right turn at mini roundabout next to coach station and follow Lymington Rd until left turn up St Marychurch Rd, then right turn at mini roundabout to Hatfield Rd, then take 3rd turning on the right Victoria Rd |
