Opening Times The school is open all year however we do run to the sun in the cold winter months so check the website for trips. (Operating in U.K from March-November) Lessons and Courses Lessons usually start with land based tuition and kite flying but may vary according to the conditions and type of course. Please remain alert to the instructor’s advice to avoid any incidents occurring to you or others in activity on the beach. If you have not heard the instructors advice on certain aspects do not hesitate to ask! What you need Teaching courses are designed for beginners to advanced riders with 1, 2 or 3-day courses available GKR provide all equipment needed for your kiteboarding lesson, all that is needed is a towel, warm clothes and some suitable trainers for beach/land tuition and possibly waterproofs. (Students may bring their own wetsuits providing they are warm.)
