Hosted by - Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, The Hub Kite Surfing Club & Hunstanton Sailing Club in conjunction with The BKSA Sponsors – Veolia Environmental Services Richard Gowers, Chairman of the BKSA said, “We’ve had a fantastic time at Lifestyles 2007. Whilst we didn’t get enough wind to complete all the competitions, this didn’t spoil the weekend. Event organisers; Tony Devenish & John Matthews ensured that there were enough activities to keep the riders happy, whilst the staff at Hunstanton Sailing Club kept us all well feed! With excellent facilities, amazing hospitality, and a beautiful location, I am sure that the riders will want to visit Hunstanton again.” Entering the competition in 6th place, Denzil Williams, rode consistently throughout the final with moves like F16’s and Back Mobes to win in the Pro Men’s, moving him up to 2nd in the overall rankings. Current Pro Men's British Champion Lewis Crathern managed to retain his lead in the overall rankings. Smooth and technical riding with 313’s and S-Bends to Blind saw him take 2nd place. South African rider Taro Neiuhaus was riding powered and threw a couple of big Dangle Passes and a KGB giving him 3rd place. Johara Sykes Davis rode consistently in the competition area, which proved to be a wining formula as she won took 1st place in the Pro Women’s competition giving her the overall lead. Women's World Speed Record Holder South African Rider Sjoukje Bredenkamp started slowly and looked as though she needed more power to show what she could do. Landing a huge Double Back Loop, Kite Loop, Sjoukje was awarded with 2nd place and best trick of comp.
