The club has been set up to provide a safe communal area of beach for members to kite from.

An agreement is in place with the local council to mark off a 400 meter stretch of the beach as a kite launching and landing zone only - and signs will warn other beach users to keep clear. The council have stipulated that no buggies be used, so sorry, this is not a club for buggiers!

Club members will get a free rash vest with the club and sponsors logos, and the club will provide events like barbeques and trips over to france when the winds are wrong for local beaches (north easterly).
