Speed Rules
  1. The competion is open to all bksa members and the speeds recorded in uk waters.
  2. A run is taken in one direction and ends either when you turn or crash .
  3. You need to get at least 5 fast runs in on each session and an average of the 5 fastest 10 second runs will be used to qualify and not the fastest speed of the day.
  4. The track data from the day needs to be saved before and after its cleaned of spikes and interferance that you sometimes get that can lead to false readings using the recomended 3 software programs.
  5. Log your speeds onto the site World Speedsailing site
  6. Email us confirmation you have done so  - the BKSA will then place it in the uk rankings
