How to form a club - steps to take- | | | STEP 1 | | Check that there are no local clubs formed at present in your area, if there are invite them along if you feel your beach is not receiving enough notice and you have issues there
| | |
| STEP 2 | | Get together as many interested parties / people as possible and set up your first meeting - communicate this via us at the BKSA , forums , posters ,flyers local shops and databases. A local pub is usually good for this. At the meeting raise your concerns as to why you should form a club and then elect a Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and any other commitee members you feel would be appropriate
| | |
| STEP 3 | | Most Banks will have accounts that allow for free banking for clubs , you will need at leat two of you for an appointment to open one. You will need identification and the signatorys must be present - usually chairman and treasurer
HSBC have been very helpful to us | | |
