is very good for getting onto waves but is not so good for the inexperianced, however there is an inland water area which is ment to be ok. Very crowded with windsurfers especially at weekends. As long as you are confident enough this is not a problem. Water relaunchables are needed as there is a big rip out into the bay.

West Shore - semi sheltered area behind groin when blowing WNW
