Kiteboarding is a new and super adrenaline sport. It is a fusion of wakeboarding, windsurfing surfing and snowboarding which offers record breaking speed and airtime potential. The buzz starts from the first minute and continues to increase from your first waterstart to your first jump .

Easyriders and H2o Sports have been teaching and growing kiteboarding in Poole since the very beginning and offer superior experience equipment and fun, in learning and becoming part of a great sport. All our instructors ane BKSA approved and are amongst the top riders in the country, they are committed to teaching safely and to the highest standards.

Staff

Easyriders driving force is Andy Gratwick. With over 10 years experience of teaching windsurfing, kitesurfing and numerous other watersports, Andy is one on the UK´s most experienced instructors on both water and snow and is one of an elite few national Trainers helping to train the instructors of tomorrow.

Easyriders Kiteboarding is based in the biggest Specialist watersports shop in the UK, H2o Sports. It is situated in on the Sandbanks road in Poole a mere 5 minutes from the perfect and safe waters of Poole Harbour. Facilities include -Lecture classrooms, shower and changing rooms, full dry land Simulator, Coffee bar and video coaching suite.

Easyriders Kiteboarding is  the UK’s first North Kiteboarding Pro Centre, offering a new level of quality assurance, equipment and teaching.

Learn the basics/The essentials 3hours

This Initial crash course in flying introduces you to all the different types of kites you can fly and use for kiteboarding then goes on to show the set up, safety features and basic flying and handling of specific kiteboarding kites. Including Pre flight checks, the wind window, the power zone and safety systems.

If you’ve learnt the basics, or even if you ripping around and need some extra guidance, our personal coaching is the perfect way to hone your skills at what ever level. From going upwind to your first backloop and beyond.

After your one or two day course you may want to test out a few different kites and boards before taking the plunge and buying your own. Supervised hire allows you to play around on all the latest kit with the safe knowledge that someone is looking out for you.

Poole harbour is one of the largest and most beautiful natural harbours in the world. With some water wheels a whole new world of perfect kiting spots become yours to enjoy all to yourself. We regularly organise trips to the best, out of the way spots for small groups.

A basic level 1 proficiency is required for these trips.
