Essex KiteSurf School

Essex Kite Surf School has been established since 2002 by Simon Mudd. With over 8 years of teaching under our belt and a large pool of BKSA qualified instructors, we are one of the largest and longest established schools in the UK.

With latest equipment for you to use we pride ourselves in teaching students on kites that they will use once their training is complete.

The school is based at Shoebury East Beach, where we can teach in all directions and safe wind conditions. All lessons are in knee-to-waist deep water which makes our lessons unique from most other schools and locations.

Our courses run all though the summer season from March until it gets to cold. Note: Courses that run for more that one day do not have to be completed on consecutive days.
If you would prefer to split your course over several weekends or even throughout the week we can accommodate this. We understand that it people can not always make the whole weekend.

Course Costs

£125 per day or 2 day beginner £200: ALL Equipment supplied. Private tuition £40 per hour: (reduced rates after courses) All equipment supplied.

We teach on the latest 2 line and 4 line LEI kites, All equipment is supplied for courses, this includes wet suits, boots, harnesses, & all safety equipment inc buoyancy aids and helmets.
